Does First Choice Storage provide a lock for my storage space?
And will anyone else have a key?
With your administrative
fee, we will provide you a lock with 3 keys.
No one else has a key to that lock.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No, First Choice Storage
does not charge a deposit.
Are there any other fees other than rent that I will have
to pay?
There is an administration
fee collected at the time you pay your first month’s
rent, which includes a lock we will provide you.
How do I pay my monthly bill?
At First Choice Storage
we give you several options to make your monthly payment.
With our AutoPay program, we can automatically charge your
Mastercard®, Visa®, or American Express® each
month.
At the Bulverde and Austin locations, you may pay via a link
provided on the 'locations' page of our website.
Also, at the Austin location, you may pay your rent at our
24 hour Insomniac kiosk.
How long is my lease for my
space?
Your contract is a month-to-month
agreement.
We are members of the Texas Self Storage Association and we
use their most current lease form.
You are free to move out whenever you want.
When can I access my space?
All of our properties have
extended access hours for the convenience of our customers.
The gate hours for all properties are 6 AM to 10 PM, seven
days a week, 365 days a year.
Special arrangements can be made to allow you into the facility
outside of those hours under special arrangement with the
manager. Just call the property manager to discuss your individual
situation.
Are discounts available
if I commit to prepay my rent?
Yes, we offer 5%
discounts for prepaying a 6 month lease, and a 10% discount
for prepaying a year lease.
Do I receive a discount
if I am military?
Yes, just ask the
property manager.
Can I rent a truck
to move my things?
At all of our facilities
we have a moving truck available that you may use to move
in for free.
