This item exhibits moderate paint chipping/peeling across the entirety of its painted surface

however it is a bit hard to understand save for a laugh at the end

This particular design and "Always Ahead" slogan were developed by the manager of Polk, Samuel O. Dungan. The graphics remain as vibrant today as they did over 100 years ago.
